Welcome to the HIPP Collaborative!

Health Innovation through Promotion and Practice

The vision of HIPP is to be the leading collaborative for health promotion and disease prevention in Newfoundland and Labrador. The HIPP collaborative is dedicated to fostering innovation and excellence in promoting health and wellbeing through research, teaching and learning, training, community partners, public engagement, and knowledge translation.

Putting Research into Practice

The HIPP collaborative was formed by Dr. Erin Cameron and Dr. Erin McGowan because of their shared passion for health promotion, and a strong commitment to linking research to practice.
